Edit- seems like it
Here are a few:
Opeth
Gordian Knot
Exivious
Indricothere
Blotted Science
Devin Townsend
And I'm not sure if you've checked out John Petrucci's solo album although it'a already been recommended by OblivionFan
Try Steve Vai'sReal Illusions: Reflections and Sex & Religion since they have something on the prog side. You can try Passion & Warfare but that one isn't really Prog, still great album to throw in there :P.

Super Furry Animals - Radioactive and Dark Days/Light Years
If you don't listen to Operation Mindcrime era Queensyche, you don't listen to prog. Enough said, really.
Edit: Add in Savatage (Dead Winter Dead, STREETS, and Wake of Magellan are very good), Trans-Siberian Orchestra (Beethoven's Last Night and Night Castle) and if you are feeling exotic, Luca Turilli, which is prog/symphonic/opera metal, but still very good.
I would recommend:
I linked some of the best songs from these albums.
