Agnostic. Formerly Christian, and still try to live by Jesus's teachings, while accepting that I don't understand or comprehend "God" in the slightest. And if he exists at all, I wont meet him until my death, so until then I'm content with the wait, even if it is bitter.
None, I don't need myths to live my life. I live my life through morals.Fightingfan
I was feeling that quote LOL
I'm not against the idea of there being a god or gods, and if anything think there's a good chance of there being god(s), I just don't think it is necessarily how any of the current religions' look at god; I'm not entirely sold on any religion as of now. SoI'm not atheistic, but not religious.

Did it ever occur to you that he might have different morals than those in the "myths" he mentioned? Morals are subjective and vary from one person to the next.
Besides, morals didn't originate in those myths; they are just stories told to enforce certain moral codes that were already there.

Nope, I don't murder people because I don't want to go to jail has nothing to do with the christian commandments.
I don't exactly follow any of those religions, though I do respect and agree with a lot of aspects from ALL religions.
I am far from an atheist, (although I have been called this numerous times) I am open to just about any theory or philosophy.
My own beliefs are dynamic, they change everyday from whatever I may learn or experience. Though I do not support violence, it is no where near as necessary as we are made to believe.
I was raised a Christian (Church of England - or Protestant) and I do have a strong faith of some sort, like someone's looking out for me.
But I can't really truck along with any sort of Organised Religion, which I personally feel have come about and formed and morphed over millennia mostly due to power and money, rather than belief and guidance and faith.

Some do, some don't. Buddhism is a fairly personalized religion. In fact, at it's core it's more a philosophy than religion. Most of the religious aspects of Buddhism (which can vary greatly) come from people melding their own native religious beliefs with it.
