We did not evolve from monkeys. We share a common ancestor with monkeys.
You should at least have some knowledge of evolution before criticizing it.
There is a lot of evidence for evolution. There are also a lot of missing links and no definitive explanation of how life actually began. I believe both. The belief in one does not negate the other. Questions like that are not just black and white.
