So true.

Yeah...except for how this whole thread has been a counterpoint to that quote except for one or two renegades. I myself enjoy WWII history the most out of those listed, and the events that occured were cool in some aspects. People just need to calm down and stop freaking out over the use of "coolest."

You must only know depressing downer vets. It's been my experience that they'll pretty much all say whichever war they might have been involved in, but that's only because I talk to more younger vets than I do 50+ year old vets.
