I've been eating white my whole life, but since about 3-4 months ago I decided to start being more healthy and switched to wheat. Since then thats all I've been eating.
But today, I wanted a sandwitch but all we had was white, So I used that. Tasted horrible, didn't want to finish the sandwitches afterwards. Never noticed before, but the wheat tastes alot better IMO. Actually has flaver, white just tastes bland like its missing sometihng.
So which do you all prefer?
