If I'm having toast it's whole wheat but otherwise it's white

Okay, okay. Well now you bring sourdough into it and well now it is all over for me. But really, it depends on the mood, meat, veggies and type of cheese you put on. I am a fan of just about all breads.

Wheat. More specifically, sprouted grain bread. It takes starch (a complex carbohydrate) and converts it into more simple sugars which are readily digestable, burn faster in your body, and dont get converted into fat so much.

I have eaten white bread, but never bought it before. Especially wonder bread, that stuff is nasty. You do not want to know how they manufacture that.
