Apparently the seal was originally drawn with his hands on the Indian's throat, but they moved the hands down to the shoulder after Indians sued in the 70s. You can still kinda tell; the Indian has his head tilt back and mouth opened as if gasping for air.

I´m going to sue the Vllage of Whitesboro for that seal too, the white man is shown wearing typical Native American leather clothing while it should be wearing something like Pilgrim type wear.
