I cant really choose "best" rapper since I like alot of them and there are still alot of underground artists I dont know about. But I do like people like Royce Da 5'9, Black Milk and I might get attacked for this, but I do enjoy Lil Wayne.

-eminem (yes i know, this one is very debatable, especially basing off is work form post-marshall mather lp, but his first two mainstream studio albums, "slim shady lp" and "marshall mathers lp" were very good whther you liked his stlye or not along with his underground album way before those two, called "infinite" which i totally loved puts him on my list of greats)
