in western washington we are getting dumped on with a couple inches within about 2 hours so how many of you guys are gettin snow?

I live in British Columbia Canada and the city I live in isn't to far from western washington. We got dumped on with snow a day or two ago and we got about a couple inches now to. I remember one year we were getting snow in middle october so I don't know why the hell it's coming so late this year.
Yeah, we got a little bit of snow yesterday and last night. We didn't get as much as anticipated, though. It was very pretty, but I'm kind of glad that we didn't get too much. I live in North Dakota, by the way.
There is SO MUCH SNOW here. 3 days ago, it was below freezing but no snow at all in the valley (only on the mountains), but then within the last 2 days, I'd estimate about half a foot dropped.
We had some heavy flurries yesterday afternoon, but it didn't stick... Then it rained.
I want some snow :( We keep having mild years with little snow. (NS, Canada)

We got some snow in Southern New Brunswick yesterday. Nice to meet another maritimer. What part of Nova Scotia are you from?
Eastern (right on the coast) :) I wouldn't be surprised if more inland/western Nova Scotia got some already. They seem to get more snow, and a buttload of snow days because of their rural-ness too :x
