Who enjoys reading books? And if you are name the book you are currently reading

It seems to me that alot of people nowadays in this "technological" era so to speak do not read much anymore only if they have to in school. I for one love to read books and I just find in upsetting to see people just watch the movie instead of the book and things of that nature. I am currently reading Leo Tolstoy's War and Peace again it is one of my favorites an all time classic.

Just started Eric Foner's Who Owns History. I've also been going through my volumes of Blake and Lovecraft again.

I do enjoy reading books. The book I am currently reading is Wired for War: The Robotics Revolution and Conflict in the 21st Century by P.W. Singer. Great book for anyone who is interested in robotics.

I do love to read but like you said I cant seem to get into as many books today. And if I do get into a book I have to finish it asap.

I just finished reading It Can't Happen Here by Sinclair Lewis. Its about a dictator taking over America in the 1930s.

I'm on book 7, the last book,of the Dark Tower series by Stephen King. It's a literary masterpiece...probablyKing's coup-de-grace. He actually wrote the first 4 books, stopped for a long time, received tons of mail telling him to pick the series up again and then he listened to his readers and wrote the last 3. I was so attached toeverything by the 7th book that I actually teared up at certain moments. That has NEVER happened. Truly excellent and I recommend them to all readers who like sci-fi/adventure (Lord of the Rings is an example).

I love reading books. If only I can get myself to read more often. But anyways, I'm currently making my way through The Sword of Shannara by Terry Brooks.Yagr_Zero

I love to read! I finished reading Blood Bound by Patricia Briggs today.

I don't read unless I have to (College) but I want to get into reading. I have a ton of friends that love to read and they recommend me books, but I just never take the time to read.

I love reading. I am currently reading Richard Dawkins' "The God Delusion."

Good book.

I'm reading New Theories of Everything which is about trying to find a Theory that works with both quantum physics and general relativity. It provides the facts and the history of trying to find an answer to reality from historical religious beliefs to current scientific hypothesis.

The Count of Monte Cristo is my favorite book of all-time. I actually just finished reading it for the billionth time a few weeks ago. I'm slowing working on The Three Musketeers right now. The operative word being "slowly."

Just finished reading Watchmen and V for Vendetta. Now I'm gonna finish Enders Game. Very addictive book.

I'm reading Dantes Equation by Jane Jensen. I recommend it to any one, please check it out.

I'm re-reading The Honourable Schoolboy by John le Carré. It's a great spy novel.

Hey, I was thinking about picking up The Dark Tower series as I've been recommended it but I've also been told I might not understand some of it if I have not read his previous books, is this true? Would it be better to start on some of his other books?bean-with-bacon
