Billy Joel, I'm a sucker for those two songs just the way you are and piano man, although, i'd choose Jerry Lee Lewis over both of them.

I'm a fan of Elton John. Not so much Billy Joel. Although I'm sure both are equally skilled at playing piano, so I base my answer on which I'd rather listen to. And that's Sir Elton John himself.
