[QUOTE="LukeAF24"]This only further backs my statement on how 95% of the people on this board, have absolutely no idea what they are talking about when it comes to politics.quiglythegreat
I don't think so at all. I don't, but it seems to me most people do. Like, I've heard that only like 2% of the population has heard of Mossad, and I guarantee more than that on this board could say what that is.

I truly refuse to believe the mass here has any clue what they are talking about. I base this off of all the non-sense I read, day in and day out on here. Am I saying that some people here aren't educated/knowledgeable enough to have comments/opinions on such things? Absolutely not. I have read decent and thought provoking posts. Alas, most of what I read is a sad dribble of monotony, regurgitated from the TV and friends.

[QUOTE="OneShot112"][QUOTE="UbAdm"][QUOTE="OneShot112"][QUOTE="UbAdm"]This thread is sad, beyond all means :|

I really hope this is a joke.

Considering there are kids as young as 13 years old on this site from a variety of different countries, it isn't really so sad.

Yes it is :|

No, it really isn't. :|

Well kids of 13 from this country could easily point out George Bush.

But hey, if you want to be ignorant all your life, go ahead. I ain't going to stop you :)

Can kids of 13 name any of the governors in the states beside Schwartznegger?  Can they name the prime minister of Canada or his party?  Probably not.  The US is a world figure and most people know Bush's name, primarily because of all the trouble he's created.  But the US is relatively isolated from the rest of the world.  Our day to day activities generally don't involve foreign affairs.  Kids in this country are less up on world leaders a world away from them.  Most educated people in the US know Blair, but probably not a lot of 13 year kids who are more focused on xbox and ps2 than world affairs.

Whereas in Europe, you can easily travel to different nations in a short drive.  So obviously, it's more pertinent to be up on world leaders in your region.

Are you referring to the Israeli version of the CIA?
