I read my mother's books. They were okay, but I only read them after the Garfield books were read through about twenty times.

I like Garfield better when I was younger, but I actually grew to like Calvin and Hobbes more as I got older.

I read a bit of it. The guy who babysat me younger wasn't home right away when I was dropped off, so I would sit in his room and read his Calvin and Hobbes books.

Calvin and Hobbes was and is still awesome. If anyone hasn't read them, you were or are a deprived child and should run out and read them NOA!

Still my favourite comic (although I haven't read many comics these days). I would say Garfield was my childhood favourite, but seeing as how I thought the earlier ones (the 9th-11th books, or somewhere around there) were the best... loved the artstyle and thought there was a little more effort in its humour compared to Garfield nowadays.

Calvin and Hobbes is pretty great all throughout its run.

I have every book.... (with the exception of smaller books that are included in collection books)

The only reason I stopped reading them is because I knew where every strip was going half-way through, sometimes I knew themword for word, it was sad.

I have read the entire collection as a kid, which is probably the reason I had no life then, lol.
