Digimon pwned.The first season was cool because the kids were kids from the real world and taken to like another dimention. It almost had like a sci-fi twist to it.Better than pokemon in my books. Pikachuscharm wore off after the first couple episodes. Andwhy did Ash always put his hat on backwards when he threw a pokeball?
I loved it. Shame they haven't put them all on DVD. I watched it everyday after I came home from school. The first season rocked I thought. I also remember seeing the movie at the cinema.
Pokemon had a lot more variety and you can choose different partners. Digimon had one partner and couldnt even keep its evolution if it took too much damage. (P 1 D 0)
Digimon was more real, had more fighting with the human friends of the group and had more emotions with different situations. Pokemon pretty much fails at that. (P 1D 1)
Digimon had a single story, one real goal. Pokemon keeps going goal to goal. Making things seems easier.I am calling a tie on that one...since i cant find a bad thing towards that...
Digimon ended...pokemon is still alive...sort of...its kind of pathetic to look at...they have traded Misty's spot like four times....and brock is still there....I am again not sure who wins this...
i just like the first season when they went to their world and then they had to came back. that season was great. other season weren't that great and were just dumb. pokemon had more greater seasons. but i liked both of those cartoons back them.

The show got like, so epic ya know? Like it actually had a story, while Pokemon is just one random occurence after another, never continuing into the next episode ya know? That's why Digimon rocked. That, and the awesome digivolutions the digimon made. They'd go from like, 2 feet tall to a freaking building and stuff.
