Who should play Snake if a MGS movie was to be made?

I think Christain Bale would be the perfect person to play Snake if there was ever to be a Metal Gear Solid film.

Anyone agree or disagree? Who do you think would make a good Snake?

Who else would love to see an animated MGS, Gears Of War, Halo, Dragonball z etc... movie instead of one where different actors make everything all weird and without the original voices?

Why live actors? Because Live actors are better, and I'm sure Bale would be able to pull off the look and voice of Snake.

and There should be a Dragon Ball film before a DBZ. Goku arives on earth and is trained, by whats his name and near the end he turn into that super ape thing. the movie should be called "Saiyan", hmmmm, maybe I'll write a script for it. : )

if bale agrees he would be good, i cant think of anybody else no you have him stuck in my head :)... david hayter would be better, but it doesn't look like hes had much on screen experience, he could suck

....in all seriousness, I like the earlier suggestions of Daniel Day Lewis if you have to do a live action MGS movie.

Colin Farell should play Snake. He's made so many great movies like Intermission, In Bruges, and of course, Tigerland.hillelslovak

David Hayter. He does the voice and even looks like him. Anyone other than him would be a bad choice.

only problem with having david do it, he would have to grow his hair a bit, and get more muscley, he isnt the buffest guy around lol

my choices are christian bale or eric bana, how come nobody has said eric bana! :O, christian bale because his voicing as batman and his body type leads me to believe he would be able to fit the role really well.

Hayter can always wear a wig. A lot of actors do that when there part calls for a certain hair styIe.
