Who should play Snake if a MGS movie was to be made?

I agree, but Hideo is pretty protective of mgs so I'm sure it will be pretty loyal to us fans.

From what i last heard, Christain Bale had been chosen, or had been discussing the role of Snake with produces etc. The movie has been annouced for a 2009 release. Dan_Lero

Because it is Solid Snake. There is no one who can play him, save for the guy from the Escape from New York and Escape from LA movies.

I think Christain Bale would be the perfect person to play Snake if there was ever to be a Metal Gear Solid film.

Christian bale should be Snake, Kurt Russel would play Big Boss, and I agree with the earlier post(too lazy to check who it is) that Cillian Murphy should be Otacon, Sam Elliot Ocelot, and the other guy being Liquid. my real question though, would the movie be Metal Gear Solid or Metal Gear?
