Where the hell is Gandhi? He owns them all. And of course Thoreau is the reason that activism at all exists.

I think they're all good choices, but I pick Martin Luther King because he was the most effective.

Malcolm X is a terrible choice. He's done nothing but hurt the black community. He was a bigot and a zealot.
