Bears would win, just because they have the claws and the teeth doesn't make them stronger, bears are more built and massive, they can tank like four or five of them at one, also they are more intelligent.

If it is utah raptors the raptors win easily. If it is a smaller type of raptor it would be much closer.

There are other species of raptors that are closely related and much larger. They could certainly take down a bear.

I'm assuming that TC means velociraptors, in which case the bears would own them easily.
