[QUOTE="Nwordjohn"]I love how people are choosing their president based on their race. Look at Oprah, Will Smith, Whoopi Golderberg. They all say to vote for Obama because he is black, not because of anything else.whipassmtThey must be black supremacists.
You think it doesn't happen?

oh it happens, and unfortunately it is accepted while if a white person did it, then it's a big issue.[QUOTE="Nwordjohn"]They must be black supremacists.[QUOTE="whipassmt"][QUOTE="Nwordjohn"]I love how people are choosing their president based on their race. Maybe I could make my own comedy career based on racism. I mean no one has seem to catch onto my name yet... it is a family guy reference just for a hint. I'll be john the angry drunken racist comedian. Offending all races equally.
[QUOTE="Nwordjohn"][QUOTE="gameroz"]alot of people are racist and i don't see a thread about that gameroz
A lot of people aren't washed up comedian Whoopi Goldberg.
so you acting like Whoopi Goldberg is the only comedian that is racist out there which she is notI never said she is the only racist comedian out there because there is a whole group of them. I just don't like the double-standard black comedians have established for racism.

Go for it, but know this as a white male american your free speech is the most constricted (socially) of all gender and race combinations in this country.
Yes I get the name.

On a funnier note, ever notice black history month is in february? Which is the shortest month of the year... coincidence? I think not.

not really some white people don't even like black people so they wouldn't give a damnShe's not a racist. There's a difference between being biased and being a racist. What she said is zillion percent true because this is what's happening. In Kuwait, the election for the members of parliment will be held on May 17th and every candidate is trying so hard to win the votes of people from his/her own background whether they were sunnies, shias, bedewin, urban people because they know people who don't belong to their circle won't vote for them. gamingqueen
You don't think if I said "It's ok to vote for McCain because he is white, and people want a white president", that would be racist? And REALLY REALLY inappropriate?

When it comes to color, it's not ok but when it comes to sects it's perfectly fine with me especially where I am. Don't be shocked, we all have triple standards.
I saw it on the View, Goldberg was arguing that it's okay to vote for Obama just because he's black and people want a black president.whipassmtI see your cherry picking of data continues unabated
[QUOTE="Napster06"]Why would that be racist? She didn't say not to vote because he's black.whipassmtshe's essentially saying don't vote for Clinton or McCain because they're white.
I saw a poll that said 1 in 6 people in PA voted for didn't vote for Obama because race was an issue to them. We could talk about that?
If I would prefer pizza over chines food it doesn't mean I don't like Chinese food. I would love to see a black president and a woman president in my life time. I would also like to see a handicap, bisexual, transgendered, interacial, president. It just shows that we've changed as a society.
Right now, we go for political correctnees and blame on the other group. "If they can act stupid why can't we" mentallity. I hate when people get upset when the obvious is put in front of them. A lot of people will vote for McCain simply beacuse Obama is black. Some peole will vote for Obama because he is black.
I'm pro Obama because he's black. Not because I hate white people or because I'm racist, but because I would like to see at least one black president in my lifetime. Its also a huge step forward for the US who are often seen as culturally ignorant.flowdee79
However, if the only thing a candidate has to offer is his race does he deserve to be a candidate?
Whoopi isn't my idea of an educated woman, she's an outspoken actress, and thinks her opinion is worth a damn. Well, it's not. Also, most blacks are racist. Face it, they like their brothers more than us lame white d00dz.RiSkyBiZ-13

Whoopi Goldberg isn't racist, she loves Bill Clinton to death......
Now Al Sharpton, that guy is kinda racist.

Yeah, it'll be nice when he dies, then we can have another holiday off work.
And kinda doesn't really cut it. That dude is the most racist pig alive today.

Wide life experience? But you're right, I appologize. We are all the same. We all want the same. There is no color. Individually we are nothing.
