It could also be interpreted as telling me to sit down, however when people state things to me as a command rather than as a suggestion I become agitated and will often deliberately choose an alternative interpretation to what they are saying that is beneficial to me so that I get something nice to compensate for the agitation that they stimulated.Laihendi

Sent money to his campaign very early on a few years ago. Suddenly found myself invited.

It was a big group, but not huge like some fundraising dinner. In any case, he was mainly fundraising.

There were a LOT of RP family members there, and at the time (2007 I think), I don't think I really knew much about Rand. Still, knowing him now I don't remember him being there. So I am betting he was not in fact there.
