Personally, I think their bigger problems to be dealing with as far as grammar and spelling errors are concerned, than mistake of switching between "you are" and "your."
Besides, in general, as long as I can understand what person is trying to say (as in, I do not have to read through something more than once), I do not really have problem with most any grammar and/or spelling errors.
And with that being said, for example, I personally think the bigger issue is when too many spelling and/or grammar errors occur - what they may (or may not) happen to be in that kind of instance is more of secondary issue, for my liking.
Edit: By the way, on the note of spelling and grammar errors, I know I am guilty of having some. I mean, my biggest one is that I will, at times, make is that I will mix up "are" and "our." Granted, I realize the meaning of their perspective definitions (are=place, our=ownership), however, regardless - when sentence appears to have context of both (at least, as far as my understanding is concerned), more often than not, I will make error in that regard.
