I drink. I'm hardly an alcoholic, but if i go out with my friends or come home after a long day you bet i'll have a nice cold beer. I'm not killing my liver because i'm not pounding whiskey down my neck every night. If you drink in moderation you're not doing yourself any harm at all.

As for smoking; i'd agree that that is indeed just stupid. You know it's addictive. You know they're insanely bad for you. And you know that the more you do it the more you'll need to keep doing it. So why bother? :?

Same with drugs.

People do it for many resons. Some of them is to get away from stress and all the problems in their life. For example, some military units simply take it because they see a death of an innocent every day. People who do this simply want all the problems in their life to be taken away and be gone forever. Even though it helps them, it still considers the fact that it's dangerous for your health and affects others.

Why not!? I can understand where your view on smoking is at and I understand that, but your going to have to drink very heavily each day to have something really bad happen to your body. People get depressed, pressured, have pain, and drugs unfortunetly is the only thing that can solve some of that besides a medicine cabinent or a loaded glock.

Why not go party!? Who knows how long your going to live? and even though drugs may increase that rate... JUST LIVE!

True, but I was referring to a side by side comparison. I was replying to a post up above where a guy more or less claimed that marijuana wasn't bad for your lungs.
