It's sad really, to know you're no different than anyone, even if you try to dress different; you're still the same as everybody else. Nothing really distinguishes you from the others. Sure, you can dye your hair green, but then you'd be just another person with green hair. And possibly look like an idiot. Or some joker obsessed kid. The truth is, however you look, you're just following another persons **** Even if you're a nudist, your still following another person's ****or preference, if you want to look smart when repeating what I just thought of to show how much of a smart bastard you are while still looking like a plagiarizer D word.
--- What made me say so?
Well, for starters, if you dress naked. Your not the first to do so, the first humans were naked and somewhat you thought that hey, I want to walk around naked too then your not really different, or re-inventing the wheel your just kicking the wheel and bruising your darn leg while your at it.
--- Yay! for originality or for the lack of any in society these days.
Come to realize, im no different.
bummerI gotta be careful how I word this as some might get the wrong idea but, one thing I don't like about them other then they are totally not my kind of music one bit, is they are very Americanie. I'm not an American hater, not at all. But Nicklebacks music feels only relevant if you're an American. It's a bit like Americans listening to Park Life by Blur, it's a very British song. The song Hero, what it stands for, how it's used in a Hollywood movie, the way they all look, it has a kind of patriotic element to it.
Before anyone says it, i'm not suggesting we all listen to songs made in our native country, but pop music like Nickleback doesn't always translate. Having said that, they have had apparently had some success in the UK, playing at V-Festival and selling a fair few albums, however I don't know anyone personally who likes the band Nickleback.
Why do people like mainstream gangsta rap? Why do people like that horrible dance music where it's just thesame bass drum beat (thud thud thud) over and over, with no variation? Why do people like Btritney Spears style pop?
Some people just like crummy music, that's all.
I know what you're saying. However, did you know Nickleback is Canadian?I gotta be careful how I word this as some might get the wrong idea but, one thing I don't like about them other then they are totally not my kind of music one bit, is they are very Americanie. Damn it, you know, I got nothing to come back with on that. Totally owned lol.
Edit: But still, it don't seem to work over here.
I dont see why so many people dont like nickelback. I like their music.
Some of us are able to escape the mainstream and explore and enjoy the various genre's which don't get as much air time.
I love how people seem to love something unpopular because it makes them feel arty or something. Please Log In to post.
