why do people put pictures of hot girls in their sig?

i guess the reason for the pretty girl pictures is the teenage boy tradition of putting the girl calendar/poster in your room... same thing i suppose... marking ones territory with that of a female that will have nothing to do with said boy.

Yeah, nothing wrong with nice, hot buns.

It's so they can win every argument. Most users would be distracted by the sexy therefore most wouldn't be able to form a rational thought to add to the argument.

The "hot girl" in question is usually an actress or something. The poster could be a fan of the person who just happens to be attractive. I rarely see a sig with someone solely for their hotness.

That's probably just the way I look at it because I would never pick a sig for that reason. :P

I didn't put it up for anyone's approval or disapproval...frankly, I couldn't care less whether anyone liked it or hated it.

It's there - if you really need to know - because I admire her acting ability and enjoyed the films she's been in.
