What I've noticed about American politics is that everything is about how you phrase things. Just take the health care crap as an example. Obama promoted national healthcare during his campaign, it was one of the main topics of discussion...but when he tried to implement it, people got all sceptical because the republicans started to call it socialist. I don't know why there seems to be so much general ignorance involved in American politics, but the crap the republicans and the conservatives are spouting would be laughed at and ridiculed in Sweden...not for being of a different opinion, but simply because it's unintelligent filth.Osaka-06

America doesn't have national health insurance yet. That said, I live in England, have done since birth, and the only good parts are the low university cost and the NHS. Mainly, I was just being playful.

It's probably just my pessimism to be honest. Sometimes I feel like my hometown is really dire, but at other times I think it's a really beautiful and friendly place.

A shepherd directs a flock of sheep. They don't listen, they don't have the capacity to listen and understand human orders. There'd be no need for a herding dog, or any sort of training to be a shepherd if they just listened and took the order. In a way, they're forced to do so - like Dog's law. The dog only understands what it's done wrong when you hit it.

Also, no, the sheep cannot be "left-wing" sheep in your statement, as they don't hold a political alignment (ie, left-wing). This means that left-wing sheep cannot exist per the argument, just sheep.It's not a good analogy to use on any political alignment, it'd be better suited for authoritarian ruled, yet passive societies.
