Why do you hate nickelback so much?

I dont hate them hate them.

Its just the voice of the singer that makes me cringe. I dont like his voice. And their songs are not my type of rock music. Well its pop-rock but even so.

I don't hate Nickelback, they have a few catchy songs, but after a while of listening to them this happens, and for almost every new Nickelback song, there is an old song you could do that to.

Even if all of their songs were superb i would still dislike them on principle alone. I absolutely LOATHE any band who's material is 100% fabricated for radio play.

Instrumentally speaking their songs are boring and completely generic sounding. Lyrically I have not heard one interesting word out of the singers mouth, just the usual sex, drugs, and rock and roll. They're like AC/DC minus Bon Scotts sense of humor and Angus Youngs energetic playing.

Because they are a $%*!!y Nirvana Rip off. Plus they are just another cock rock band like poison. Chad Kroeger also really needs his hernia to be checked or grow a new nut.

Stickleback/Picklesack are the worst offenders of generic commercial crap rock music. They should be shot for their mediocrity and staleness.

3 Doors Down formerly held this title, and before them, Creed.

I don't listen to them unless they're on the radio, but I think they have some good music.

Most of the people on these forums are death metal fans though... so.. well.. yeah.

I've been around since their first exposure to radio, after a while of listenign to them you'll get sick of them too.
