The main reason I go on is for living and the pure joy in life, and for trying to make a difference in the world. If you do not leave an impact on the world when you die, you should have never lived.
Actually, I have thought about the reasons I want to remain alive and not kill myself. Many times I've thought there were no reasons to keep living. But when things look down, I just tell myself that no matter what horrible things life throws at you, they'll pass, and eventually everything will be alright. I don't know what's going to happen in the future, but I will do what I can to make the best of it because this is the only life that I have, and there are no second chances. I live because I want to experience good times with family and friends, with the time that I have.
Why do I live? For the thrills of the ride. For the wonders science make. And for the face palms humanity allows me to do for every stupid thing they do. Just seeing how low we can stoop is a good enough reason to stay alive now.......
Suicide is really stupid.I have an eternity to be dead so why waste the only lifeI know I have?
I keep living not only because I'm afraid of dying painfully like by cutting myself or hanging myself but also because I simply enjoy life. No matter how painful or tragic life can be, it's still better than being dead and it's always worth living.
I'm too much of a coward to kill myself...and i think of how that'd make my parents feel...i don't want them to remember me as a corpse with my wrists slit or hanging from a ceiling...
