It would be a great food source since rabbits breed so fast. Imaging a fast food chain that served rabbit. Remember in the bugs bunny cartoons people were always trying to eat him. Fried rabbit, rabbit soup, kentucky fried rabbit, rabbit chunks, rabbit on a stick, deep fried rabbit, rabbit alentwa. So why don't we eat rabbit??
from what i understnad, its difficult to cook right, could be wrong though... ive shot alot of rabits but only had it one cooked in a camp oven, tasted crap
