When you're on the IGN.com forums, do you have to be at a certain level to post in certain forums?

I've constantly tried to like IGN more (the site looks more cool, more complete), but I always end up realizing that GameSpot's forums are and will always be better.

I dunno', I've never gone to IGN for the forums, but thank god Gamespots forums aren't as bad as IGN's.

Why so many people here care about IGN, I will never understand. Who the **** cares how they do to things? There are other forums out there that put both of them to shame.
