Why racism still exists in 21st century?

Sad but truth is racism is everywhere even in 21st century ( present ). In western to asian countries. From Sports to Jobs. Seems there's no stoppping racism completely.

I ask intelligent OT users , whats your opinion on racism existing even on 21st century ( period of globalisation , education ). Whats the reason?

I don't know why in today's day and age people are still being racist. Equally those who think others are racist just because you say something about a certain race. Stupid really.

Yes. You can blame parents to an extent. I think once a kid reaches his teenage years he can make desicions for himself. Influences from school, friends, jobs and so on can add to that.

It's alot less now then it used to be. Maybe in some hundred years it will be completely eliminiated

Cultural inheritance. It's only been, what, 40-50 years since the Civil Rights movement? Not even close to enough time for cultural attitudes to completely disappear.
