I went from listening to 3 Doors Down to this. When you hear an amazing band, then a not-so-amazing band (trying to be nice), you will really wonder what the worlds music has gone too.

No it has to do with the subconscience of the girl. Many girls who are not confident unknowingly seek people who seem they are. It also has to do with the need to be accepted. Douchebags just happen to seem confident, even though usually they are just too dumb to care what people think of them or they are trying to cover up their own self confidence issues.
