Middle east I can see that because Israel likes to hold a policy everyone around it hates.. North-South Korea is VERY unlikely because even North korea isnt that stupid. China-Taiwan is also VERY unlikely, because then the entire world would probably give China **** for it and turn on them. Then again, I don't think China is THAT stupid.
Quite true, the world is incapable of having another great war. The reason? The weapons and rules of war have changed. Nuclear warfare was unheard of in The Great War and most of World War 2. If it had been around then, someone would've utilized it, causing others to retaliate, thus resulting in the world's destruction. Nuclear power ended the second world war, with dramatic effects, and ever since then, the world has agreed never to use it. There will never be a world war 3, just one crazy man with a big red button who so happens to push it quicker than another guy. It hasn't happened ever since 1945, and hopefully never will.
I dont see it. People use the term World War and then talk about the Middle East. To have a world war, you need the whole world involved of course, and I dont see that happening again. Most wars from here on out will more than not be like the Iraq war was, a leader country with smaller forces of allies helping them.
No, WW1 and WW2 happened because of European alliances which required countries to go to war and join forces, there are not such alliances anymore, there may be, a large war but not a World War per say.
I doubt it. World Wars are usaully the cause of mass alliances. There aren't many of those anymore.... Although we do have the UN. Never thought about that.

Believe it or not, we were talking about World War III on the Off-Topic Forum a lot last week, but it looks like it's going to be averted for now. Iran and US might be talking to each other? What a crazy world we live in! But, I for one am glad they're doing this.
There will be a WW3 becasue of oil and other natural resources and i am guessing America or China or even south korea gonna start it becasue they all need oil.
