I took some human resource classes and if her coworkers were giving her cat calls and making comments about her then that qualifies as sexual harassment. If Citibank didn't take proper action against them then they are liable for creating a hostile environment, which means they are screwed, and once they fired her they pretty much just put a couple million in her pocket. I see no ray of hope for Citibank unless they can attack her character and show that she was some how trying to make the men pay her attention. On a side note did you know just staring at a coworker can be called sexual harassment? Diablo-B
I did not know that but it makes sense in the day and age we live in. I hope Citibank does lsoe this one.
