I sometimes sit around thinking about my problems and hoping they will "work out".

Does that count?

I work out everyday. I do these things in no specific order. Just whatever comes first on the week. 3 days out of the week I work chest and do about 10-12 different types of exercises for that. 2 days out of the week I to just do triceps. I do about another 10-12 different tricep excersies. Then I spend 2 days on back and biceps. I do about 6-8 different bicep exercises. Then about another 6-8 back and shoulders excersises. I end each day doing about 200 crunches and a weight resistant crunch machine. Then I run occasionally.

I try to hit the gym at least three times a week.

60- 75 min Work Out consists of :

  • Crunches with weights.
  • Leg Press
  • Benching/Curls (Alternating)
  • Eliptical(for the remainder of the time)
And of course, I stretch out each of these muscles before and after the workout.

Ive always wanted to try it. It makes a lot of sense to since muscle memory is real and will peak if you dont change up your work out.

I work out about five days a week. First I lift weights, 60 reps with three sets. Then I run about one to two miles.

I don't really. I'm not nearly motivated enough to get myself to do it on a regular basis. Part of it is probably that I am already reasonably happy with the way I look. I mean I'm kinda skinny but it doesn't bother me too much. Sooner or later I will sign up at a gym and see about getting a personal trainer, but till then... *puts feet up*

I lift weights 5 times a week for a least an hour and run or jog 1-2 miles everyday. So I voted for a lot.

I always find it hard to keep working out during the winter. My main form of workout is taking a 20-30 min jog each night and I hate running in cold weather. So I always find myself gaining a few pounds over the Winter season.
