Check out this page: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/WorkoutMenu.html It shows several workout templates.That site is also just generally awesome and has basically all the info you could ever need about exercising or weight lifting.

haha if you think p90x will make you look like you are 14 you are sadly mistaken and clearly have never tried the workout.

By myself I just do a couple core exercises and several miles of cardio. When I go with my friend I do whatever he has scheduled, which varies between cardio (not that much), core and strength training (arms, legs, chest...). I don't know the exact weekly pattern he goes by.
