Worst Things you have seen people do at the Movie Theater?

I'd like to pose the question, we all go to the movie theater to have a good time, but people can be loud, they can bring babies, people can be chatty in a massive concession lineup, things just PISS YOU OFF. So what are some of those things that piss YOU off at the movie theater?

People who bring babies or small children, and they won't shut up. They'll either cry, talk a lot, or won't sit still, and the parents will just sit there and talk to them as if everybody else in the world should be fine with it. So annoying...

Whenever 12 year olds kiss, annoys the hell out of me.

I've only gotten rude once........and was because one of friends were throwing popcorn at me so I turned around and so "**** off" louder than I thought I said it.....

The kids at the movies annoy me the most. Kicking the back of chairs, throwing tantrums when their parents take something from them, and playing in the middle of the walkway. I think only a few parents did something about their kid though. Either walk out the theater or threaten the break the belt on their ass. Others simply sit there like a deer trapped in headlights...

^This. One time the kids were running around the theater during the movie, hitting seats as they ran through different rows, and the parents let them. If the movie is rated R the kids shouldn't be there in the first place!!

I always try to sit at or near the very top, but the most annoying thing I've had happen in the theater is having someone text on their phone the entire movie. It's very annoying when they're sitting at the bottom of the theater cause their bright blacklit iphone always catches my eye and is very distracting from the movie.

Nothing really special. Just some boys throwing popcorn at me. And then one of them Flipped me off. :x

I've seen two people engage in sexual activities. Right in front of me. There were about 5 people in the whole placeimaps3fanboy

The most annoying thing I had happen to me personally is when I went to watch Lord of the Rings and the guy next to me was texting on his cellphone the ENTIRE time. I finally politely asked him to stop about 30 mins into the movie and said ok only to start up again 20 minutes later.

The worst I've ever seen is a guy in front of me was saving a seat for his girlfriend(she had placed her jacket on the seat) and some dude comes up and just throws the jacket into another row and sits down. The boyfriend flips out and confronts him and the guy who threw the jacket yells back and said his GF wasn't there so hes free to sit wherever he wants. They end up getting in a shouting/swearing match eventually leading to them getting in a shoving match. Eventually a manager for the theatre came in and kicked both of them out.

I go to the movies a lot.

and two things just annoy me the most,

1. People who don't turn off their cell phone and then proceed to talk loudly while the movie is going.

2. People who talk loudly during the movie.

I really really am gonna hate sounding like a racist here, but looking back the only times i've been most annoyed in the theater is when a particular age and group of people who have an affinity of saying the phrase "aww hell naw! mutha **** just got _____" loudly and repeatedly again and again whilst talking at length to each other. I don't operate under the notion of stereotypes (I am aware of them though), but i keep finding myself witnessing this one again and again, and for good reason i feel guilty for realizing it as well. Still annoyed as hell. it's the God damn movie theater, GTFO and talk somewhere else, people paid some decent money to be here!

About sex, and people getting head, i have not noticed it in my times only because my eyes are squared on the screen or possibly glancing the people i'm going with to the movie.

What really pisses me off is when I am the one showing up with the bottle of vodka stuffed down my pants, and I am the only loud prick giving away the spoilers because my gf brought me there, but I don't want to be there.

One of my most memorable moments was the opening of Reservior Dogs. I pulled out a bottle of red wine from my pants and the dude next to me pulled out a bottle of Southern Comfort. For a brief moment I felt at home.

Little kids running up and down the stairs in the theater while making a ton of noise, while the parents do nothing.

When I went to see Hanna with some friends, there were some kids running up and down the stairs, and one of them tripped and faceplanted as he was running down the stairs and rolled all the way to the bottom. The parents took their kids and left the theater after that, it looked like the kid had a broken nose. I guess they didn't tell the staff though, none of the employees showed up.

It took everything I had to not bust out laughing until after the family left the theater.

When people decide to bring their young child who's still in diapers to see Transformers, Watchmen, Predators and Green Lantern. Movies Not intended for infants. Or when people get their cell phones out and will text somone right in the middle of the movie. When you're in a dark room watching a big screen from far away you will notice and be distracted from this bright light in the corner of your eye or right in front of you. I HATE that!!! :evil: And I've been noticing this more and it seems that the person doesn't care!

Elderly people murmuring at the back, babies weeping their cute tiny eyes out, typical young douchebags' nonstop talking about global warming and ...

I'm never going to a movie theater again :evil:
