Seriously. You nuked the entire planet. The earth is proabably blanketed by lethal levels of radiation (something you're immune to). And yet you're losing the war to humans and insist upon sending robot assissins back in time to kill ONE human. But you still manage to fail at that.

He's an awesome character, but he does an awful job at being a villain.

I think the villians on the Mask of Zorro are pretty weak. I thought it waswhat was at stake that was all thatstopped them from killing the baddies early, I thought they were pathetic in sword fighting.

My issue isn't with Vader at all. It's with Hayden Christensen as Vader. He's a horrific actor and helped ruin the prequels.

You have problem with acting, not the character himself. Besides I thought Hayden did a decent jon in ROTS, and did not ruin the prequels for me.

Boba Fett is in the books after it.. He literally blows Sarlacc from the inside to escape.. He is the elite bounty hunter.. But he never is a villian not even in the movies, he is just a gun for hire.

Anakin had BPD is ROTS which Hayden pulled off pretty well.

My pick for worst villain would be the Empire from Star Wars. I know they suffer from the Stormtrooper effect but come on. Those guys are INCREDIBLY inefficient.

I agree that he isn't much of a villain in the movies, but he is kind of a villain as a kid in the Clone Wars series when he tries to kill Mace to avenge his father.

But I suppose you are right that he's just a gun for hire.
