work inside my car?

I have an Infiniti G35x '07 model that does not support iPods in the car through a the audio cord that you can buy.

But my car does have the VGA inputs like if I wanted to put a TV in there. So do you reckon that a cord for an iPod to tv would work just as well?

Thank you all in advance :D

So lemme get this straight. You don't have an Aux input? It's a 3.5mm jack. The cord would go from the headphone out on your iPod to the Aux in on your stereo. This isn't doable?

Well I don't want to buy a cord senselessly so if anyone has tried or if there is a good reason why it would work, I would be willing.

No I do not have an auxiliary input for my car. Which I find bull because it's a fairly new model while my friend has an '05 Civic that does. Which is why I am hoping that an auxiliary cord that connects to the Left and Right speakers would work.

Are you positive this will work? I do not wish to spend $20ish bucks on something I am not positive about.

For the love of GOD just buy it! Yes, it will work, as long as you have a white and red input (stereo). You can even get away with stereo to mono but it'll sound worse.
