I wouldn't acceot the advances of any prostitute, let alone one who is homeless and therefore may very likely be loaded with STDs. I'd actually be repulsed by the advances to the point where I wouldn't give the person money, whereas I'd give money to a normal homeless chick.

I wouldn't take advantage of a girl like that. To me, that's just wrong. I would definately decline the offer and try to help her with some money or direct her to a shelter. No woman should be in that type of situation.
