Would you buy all of your favorite TV shows on DVD if you had the money?

I love TV. I love it so much that I buy all of the Seasons of the shows that I like. Would you consider this to be a complete waste of money or something you would invest in if you had the money to buy all of these things (not saying you guys don't have the money, but if you had the money would you buy them)? And it doesn't have to be these shows and I'm sure most people probably wouldn't like this many shows (yes, I know I am insane :lol: ). Please, also give a reason to your answer. Do you mean would I buy old episodes nor order new episodes? Actually, it's yes in both cases. I hate most new TV and I love re-watching old TV. I also would love to see new episodes of T:SCC, Firefly, Arrested Development, Futurama, and many others.

I have seasons 1 - 3 of Heroes but that's it. I don't think I would spend money on any other ones except The Office or The Simpsons.

I would if I had the money the only TV series I own on DVD are The Mighty Boosh and Battlestar Galactica but I plan on getting every series of The Wire and Scrubs

I'm not sure. I don't buy DVDs anymore for the simple reason that I won't watch them more than once. That goes for movies as well as TV shows.bluezy

I did. Then my house got flooded and I lost them all. I was not happy to say the least. Especially now that some of my favorites aren't in production and won't be ever again.

Honestly, I think I'd rather just have a soft copy on a harddrive or something, and thanks to technology, that can happen, but not cheaply enough yet. (iTunes charges more than what Family Guy costs at Wal-Mart for example.)
