I would probably still love him but I would end the relationship. He either cheated on me, lied to me about it, or he doesn't get tested very often/doesn't get tested before or after a new relationship. All three are deal breakers for me.
If you loved the person then finding out they are ill shouldn't change that. I would still love my boyfriend if he had an STD. . . I don't know how our relationship would change, but I would definitely still love him.
