It depends on the girl. If she's like Sharon den Adel from Within Temptation, then sure. However, most goth girls I probably wouldn't date.

Of course. Some of my hottest friends are goths, and they were arguably the hottest in my school. Plus I have a thing for unique women (by unique, I mean different from the norm. Like ginger hair).

Shes hot. I wouldn't have a problem, if we get alone well. I actually tried to be with a goth girl, not because she was goth, I just liked her, and she liked me too, but nothing ever happened. So I'd give her a chance, usually for goth people, its only a phase.

Yeah, under those assumptions I would. I don't give a damn about what other people think, so long as we both like each other and have common interests/compatible personalities.

It depends...

Them dressing goth wouldnt really bother me. I know some generally good looking "goth" girls,

but if they have a poor attitude/outlookpersonality, I wouldnt date them, just like any other girl.

Not the my first choice by a long shot...but, if she was really nice person and attractive, and we shared some things in common, then yes. Somehow I don't see a goth girl being into moutain biking, hiking and camping. So, it'll probably never happen.

Well they defiantly aren't the norm either, unless you include both scene and goth in the same group because they both dress in black.

That's their preference, and I don't really care when people have different "tastes". The only beef that I'll have with dating a goth girl is if she's that pale. I have an inner necrophile, true, but I prefer some colour even on those.

Then you ask her to take a shower and you find out that her skin isn't that pale and it was all make-up

When people think of the "norm" they think of people that shop at American Eagle, Aeropostale, and that one store that you gag at as you walk by because of all the colonge in the air. It really all depends on the style of the person. The mall goth kids and scene kids yeah they would be the same, but girls like in the original picture are not the "norm". Maybe you and I have just two different definitions and will probably never come to an agreement, but whatever :P

They would be preferable to most other girls in my opinion, would be nice to talk to someone who doesn't incorrectly call me a goth for liking metal and having a trench coat  and they tend to dress etc in quite an attractive manner.

So in your eyes, no one is unique because in a way you are part of a norm to some group. This is why I can't get along with people like you, you generalize too much and act like a you are smarter then you actually are.
