I dont get it.. there are alot of average people, and I imagine people tend to be more attracted to people more in their area of the intelligence continuum.
I would like to spend my days with a girl atleast as intelligent as me if not smarter because I like having good conversations, but its not all important.
I dated a girl for over two years who was valedictorian of our high school and made a 4.0 GPA in both high school and college. Another girl that I almost proposed to was in the top 5% of her high school senior class. If a girl can't have an intellectual conversation with me then I guarantee you that our relationship will not last long.
intelligence is hard to measure.. since most people get into specific fields in life.. ie math major or history major...each knows more than the other in their field
Intelligence would be one of the qualities I would look for in a girlfriend. I don't want to date an idiot that makes me facepalm everytime they open their mouth.
our kids would be geniuses. I have good instincts and common sense, and I consider myself wise (i.e. problem solving, helping people, advice), I would love to marry a brainiac, like an engineer or architect or someone more booksmart...that would round out the genes nicely to make a good batch of kids.
Hmm, as long as she does not explain everything to me, its fine. Just like my sister says "Men like to explain various stuff all the time, its annoying and tiresome to listen to them all the time."
