Would you get a tattoo if it wasn't permanent?

If it's not permanent, then that takes away most of the point of getting a tattoo in the first place. Hell, you'd might as well draw on yourself with magic marker.

I usually hate tattos of any type, but if it were removable I think it would become a really fun fashion thing, like dying your hair.
