Would you get bionic/cyborg technology?

Ever since DE:IW I thought that if they were relatively sure it would not kill me or put me in a near death state that I would probably participate in prototype biotic experiments =P

Yeah same here, if theres a 100% chance I'll never be able to walk on my legs then why not try to implement some cyborg technology and see if it works?
