No because not only would it hurt, but there would be so many things that I couldn't do without them, and 1 billion dollars isn't going to fix that.

I'd do it for free, it's just arms.

Seeing as how over half of the things I'd buy with one billion dollars require use of.. you know, arms... that's a terrible deal on my end. Being an amputee is not one of my goals in life.

Also, you can't have them reattached. You have to live without your arms.
