Would you love CHAT feature on Gamespot ?

I doubt you'll ever see it, because Gamespot is not really an Internetentity it's a division of mainstream media. Which means the spirit of the Internet does not govern it therefore the strict rules & rogue moderatorscannot handle the chaos offreechat. Chat is not meant to be controlled or censored, it's not meant to be owned nor controlled. So it's not for gamespot. Chat is meant to be informal, butgamespot is formal. So you see the problem.

Just imagine all of the trouble trolls& rogue moderators would stir up while reporting every user left and right. It would create a double standard. Suggesting people can speak openly just tell them they can't.

Aside from that private chats and message boards are better. The only thing you see in public chats is randomized smiles and abbreviations.

Have you seen the commercials? I wasn't making fun of ALL of the people that attend. It's as if the commercials are trying to make the institute look bad.

I would rather have a forum where you can say anything on your mind and not get a TOSV. but chat would be ok..

We still have HTML errors... no way we could have chat rooms working in top condition. And plus that is what Roll Call and PMs are for. I know a lot of people don't like some of the people who post in RC but dang it we need more people! I will kick out whoever is annoying them! MistressMinako
