I guess if I loved her, but I'd be baffled as to why, my last name is tre epic.

I've heard people pronounce "ou" as in "out" (so it sounds something like auau, which is even worse),

or read it as "oy", which kinda sounds like oi. (that ypsilon translates to y or u at free will, it seems)
