If it's a stranger or some person that takes me as a friend but I don't know to well, probably not. I would do it for any family member that does good things and I know. For example, my mother and father.

maybe a good friend or someone more deserving of life than myself. I aint suicidal, but I dont see myself really doing a whole lot of good and my idea of a good life doesnt conform with the American Dream, which means my life is going to be a struggle.
I would sacrifice a future self to save my present self. the only way I could see sacrificing myself for anyone else is if there was at least a small chance of survival.
