If you had a gun would you? I would shoot him in the leg to stop him from steeling my stuff, also I want to see if he trips over and hits hes face against the wall.

No guns here, I would smash my baseball bat on his face though, but I am overly sympathetic in alot of situations, so maybe I wouldent, who knows?

Most certainly. I would never tresspass on someones land without good reason why should they walk freely on mine. But I wouldn't kill them, and if I was close enough I would probably just punch them or rifle butt them first.
